[lug] Debugging I/O performance

I was able to get the iScsiOffloadMode mode disabled. No effect on the
performance, however.

BTW, turning off iScsiOffloadMode wasn't straightforward with racadm. I
ended going through the BIOS GUI.

Next step is to do some hardware swaps.
