Well, apparently, it'll run. I suppose "good" depends on a lot of
factors, such as how large a PBX you want to set up, and what sort of
telephony you want to do.

Back in the old days, the analog and digital telephony interface cards
were PCI, and those are still around. There's the Astribank, which plugs
into a USB port, and I suppose other possibilities exist. Using VOIP
only, you don't need a telephony interface to connect to the POTS, but
you'd need an external provider ... hmmm, I don't know how that'd work
with having your PBX running on a Pi. A PBX (to me) implies having POTS
coming in to the site.

Clearly, this isn't my bailliwick. But it's an interesting question.
