[lug] LibreOffice and percents

Color my face red.
In LibreOffice, when a cell is formatted as a percent there is no need to
multiply by 100. In other words if the result of a ratio is 0.01 and you
have formatted the cell as a percent then LibreOffice will display this as
1%.
This means that if you use a formula (PART/WHOLE)*100 your results will be
incorrect. If the cell is formatted as a percent, the formula is simply
PART/WHOLE
This further means some of the calculations I posted yesterday are off by 2
orders of magnitude.
