[lug] External USB Audio - not connecting driver

If you run "lsusb" you will see an ID. If you use that ID (I'll pretend it is 1234:5678) for a verbose listing, what do you see?
sudo lsusb -d 1234:5678 -vvv | tee log_usb.txt

Just before connecting the USB, monitor "dmesg --follow". What shows up as a result of connecting this?

Check out whatever you can from the "pavucontrol" command.
