[lug] SEA's Improving Scientific Software conference - FREE this year

Folks,

The usual SEA's Improving Scientific Software conference will take place
next spring. Due to the pandemic NCAR will not allow conferences to happen
in their premises by then (and even if NCAR did it's uncertain if the State
of Colorado or Boulder County would). Hence the organizing committee
decided to plan exclusively for an online event. Online even means less
expenses, which allows us to offer FREE attendance this year!!

You still will need to register. To either register or propose a talk or
