A quick summary is that I think your drive is dead. See

That "2309 PRAM" thing seems to be the USB stick's default controller 
chip when it fails to boot its firmware. Which can happen because the 
controller died or it can't read its Flash.

That's an SSD instead of a USB stick but it ought to be similar.

You can see that it displays more data than yours did. It has the size 
of the drive and it shows "sda: sda1 sda2" which is the partitions.

Here is one of my Microcenter 128 GB sticks just to be sure it is the same:
