Hi Dale, (and info for others)

You should be getting charged $29.95/month additional to your voice service
from US West.  Sounds like you should ask them about the magical $15/month
charge if it isn't for your voice POTS service.

We ordered a DSL circuit for testing to our downtown Boulder POP and had a
few hundred dollars of extra "bonus" charges on it.  A phone call to them
cleared it up and now there is extra pizza money.
