[lug] isapnp troubles

when I run isapnp with this syntax:
from root level prompt...
                                            /sbin/pnpdump /etc/isapnp.conf

I get this response

                            port address /etc/isapnp.conf (0x0000) out of
range 0x203..0x3ff


what am I doing wrong?
