[lug] pilot-link - what happened to it?

Anyone know what happened to the pilot-link package?  The main web site
pointed to by the Howto no longer has anonymous access.  I've asked around,
but no one seems to know where to get it.  I was just trying to find out if
it's been rev'd since 0.9.2.
