Check out CCVS (http://www.ccvs.com).  The developer has recently been
acquired by Red Hat and CCVS will be bundled with the e-commerce edition of
Red Hat Linux (but is probably still available separately).  You will need a
compatible credit card processor, but they can point you in the right
direction and help you get set up.
