[lug] Bug/Defect tracking

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with any good bug tracking systems?  We are
not opposed to going commercial, or open source.  Our requirements are
pretty basic-

sql-backed
web front end
email interaction/usage
customer view

Our projects are mostly web based.

I've tried (and personally like) Keystone, however others strongly
disliked it's display methods, so it is out.  Bugzilla seems too product
focused, and doesn't quite fit our needs, GNATS will be the last system
I'll ever use :)

Strong preference to running on  Unix (solaris/linux), and certainly not
any MS operating systems.

Any input is much appreciated!
