I was talking to Shane Ring from Softpro books here in Boulder at last
weeks meeting, and he said that if we ever needed a place to hold a
meeting or install fest that they might be able to help us out.  It seems
their new warehouse was designed with the idea of using it as a community
event center too.  I have no idea where this facility is located however.
