You can go to the Perl Mongers page at http://www.perl.org for general
information. The page for their established groups is
http://www.pm.org/groups.shtml . There is a Boulder Perl Mongers already
established. You can subscribe to that mailing list by sending e-mail to
majordomo at happyfunball.pm.org with the words subscribe boulder-pm-list
in the body. There are also Denver, Northern Colorado and Pikes Peak
groups. 

These are just the Perl Mongers groups. I'm sure there are half a
million other lists (http://www.perl.com/reference/query.cgi?lists) out
there as well as newgroups (comp.lang.perl) dedicated to Perl.
