[lug] Caution with TC Computers

TC Computers return policy is terrible.  I've been waiting for a
replacement motherboard I _thought_ was on the way, but it turns out they
were waiting for the defective one first.  Seems they don't do "mail
crossover" replacements, i.e. you can't give them a card number to get the
replacement before taking down your machine.  This is not mentioned in
their warranty statement.
