[lug] S13ypbind - What is it and what's wrong with mine?

When activating changes in my Linuxconf
(RedHat 5.2) I get an error and upon inspecting the logs I find:
Executing: /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S13ypbind start
	* sh: Fork: Resource temporarily unavailable
	* sh: Fork: Resource temporarily unavailable
	> Binding to the NIS domain... ypbind

Any clues???
