[lug] Linux friendly WEB developer(s)

Anyone know of some reliable web development companies
that are comfortable with both Linux and MS. I need someone
that can support web based applications that talk to both
Linux and MS databases. Need them to be able to take a site
project from START to FINISH. Meaning concept, design, artwork and
so on..
We have quite a bit of business to delegate for the right person.

Any Ideas?
