Hi there. I was wondering what their rates($) were. Also, if you could
pass along their contact info I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance...

I got lucky, and got mine installed on Friday. Overall, I've got to
agree with your review, though. VERY good throughput, very good,
knowledgeable tech who was curious about Linux. My only problem at all
was SimCom itself screwed up my lines pretty badly, so they had to take
down my second phone line to install DSL. Not bad, though, and not
Flexcomm's fault.
However, I did have one snag: I requested the superflex service (1mbps,
2 ips, etc), and was planning on using it this past weekend from my
mother-in-law's house (ssh is GREAT!). However, they had some problems
in my area, preventing me from getting good access to my machine. Not
the best way to start a new relationship, but as long as it was only a
hiccup, I can tolerate it.
Overall review: Good people, good company, good service. Long term
review will tell if my hiccup was just a hiccup or an ongoing problem.
