Linux and Squid

I have a child that goes to a local Charter School. The Computer teacher is
interested in setting up a Web Caching server but does not know what to use.
I was told that using Linux and Squid was a good choice and the cost was
even more attractive. I am not familiar with setting up this type of system
and am looking for someone that would be willing to help evaluate and set
this type of system for a elementary school. The school is located off of
Olde Wadsworth and 100th Ave. in Westminster, CO. (not far from I-36 and
