[lug] nfs kernel message of concern ?

I get the following kernel message in my /var/log/messages:

..kernel: nfs: task 5799 can't get a request slot

repeatedly, then

.. kernel: nfs:  server localhost OK

Is that something I need to fix or be concerned about?
