[lug] DSL in new neighborhood

I'm thinking about buying a new house in a new neighborhood.   The
question is:  Will I be able to get DSL (or cable modem) service there?

It'll either be at about 136th and Sheridan, or a 1/2 mile farther
east.  The location near 136th and Sheridan is about a half-block or so
from the Good News community church, whose phone number is 303
469-4457.  I believe the 469 exchange is fed from the same CO that I
currently get 256k DSL from: the one on the Northwest corner of 120th
and Sheridan.

So, how would I go about finding about the availability of DSL (or cable
modem) service for this new neighborhood?
