BURN BRIGHTER WITH ALEX LINDSAY

DENVER, CO (May 8, 2000) ­ Fuel Brothers, Denver's premier and only
interactive think tank, is hosting the first installment of their Burn
Brighter Lecture Series. Fuel Brothers, in conjunction with D2P­ Denver's
New Media Group, is proud to present an evening with Alex Lindsay,
Wednesday, May 17 at the Denver Buffalo Company. (11th and Lincoln) 

Alex Lindsay has been involved in computer graphics for over fifteen years.
He has worked in print, real­time games, multimedia titles, forensic
animation, television and film. Most recently, Alex spent over 2 years
working on "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace," first working at JAK Films as a
previsualization artist and at Industrial Light and Magic on the final
elements. Alex is the founder and CEO of "dvGarage," a company dedicated to
empowering people to express themselves with digital media. He also sits on
the Advisory Board of 3D Magazine and teaches at San Francisco State in the
Multimedia Studies Program. Alex will present a tour of 3D effects, from
concept to creation, shot for film.

The lecture is open to the public. Admission is free for D2P members,
however contributions are welcomed. Non-members will be admitted with a $12
donation. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Ellis Aune Fund. Ellis is
the beloved daughter of Hans Aune, a dedicated father, husband and an
invaluable resource to D2P.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour including free beer and a cash
bar at 5:00. The lecture will immediately follow at 6:00 PM. Make
