[lug] Need High Speed Internet Access in the Middle of No-Where!

It is just my luck that I live at the very outer limit of
(expensive) ISDN range, while everyone else (or so it seems) is enjoying
high speed (inexpensive) DSL. I have come to the conclusion that the only
way I can get high speed internet access out here is to go wireless. So, I
searched all over the net for a local ISP that offers wireless, preferably
two way, to eastern Boulder County. I only came up with two, very weak,
possiblities:
* WantWeb, decent price, only one way, web page says they are not
accepting new customers, but also web page has not been updated for a long
time (i.e. since mid 1998 from what I can tell).
* United Online, more expensive, only have coverage in Englewood
(or from what I could determine on their site), don't know much else about
them.
So, my question is, does any one know of any other wireless offerings? I
am not looking for super high speed, 256k both ways is fine. This is a for
home-use (i.e. residental), no servers (save for personal ssh logins), and
of course must be Linux compatible. :) I live out on 95th and Valmont,
about half way between Niwot and Louisville.
I heard a rumor of a company out of Niwot offering "T-1 Wireless",
which includes 2 phone lines, cable TV, and high bandwidth internet
connection for some ~$40/month. Now this sounds too good to be true, but
would like to at least find the company and get more information. Anyone
have any more info on this one?
I am even willing to be a "guinea pig" for an ISP wanting to roll
out an wireless service.
So, does anyone have any suggestions, leads, advice, crazy ideas
for high speed internet access out here, or I am stuck with my trusty 56k
USR Courier modem? Thanks.
