[lug] how times change

I've almost always gotten super service ordering from IBM, including
next-day air at no extra charge (even on discounted merchandise).  The one
time I had trouble was trying to order a suppplemental manual.  I called the
800# specified in the first manual and about 20 800#'s later I got someone
who would take my order and the manual arrived the next day.
