[lug] Securing email from M$ Exchange...

As I said, I want to use a Linux machine to retrieve my emails and I'm
wondering if anyone has ideas about what software I can use on my Linux
machine to get and send from the companies Exchange server that would also
sort them in a manner similar to Outlook.
