[lug] Cannot login except on tty6 (GUI)

Hi all,
Is any reason why I cannot login or telnet into my system unless I'm using
tty6 (gui)?

I'm not sure what's causing this if my server was working OK. I do not want
to think that somebody hacked my server :(
