[lug] Anybody know how to srhink a fat32 partition?

Ok, so I am trying to install linux on a machine that's already got 98 on it. The file system is fat32. I have great success using fips in the past to shrink a fat16 partition, but everything I have read says it can't shrink a fat32.. 

Anybody know have any suggestions?
