[lug] Duplicate Files (With a catch)

I have a common directory where multiple(10-15) users all store their files. 
There are many duplicate files with potentially different names and in 
different directories. Also I want to delete partial copies. I have been 
able to use the fdupes and finddups packages to take care of the first 
problem.

Any ideas?

PS Right now I am trying to brush up on my perl; pending better ideas.
