I hadn't heard that about Jato.  My salesrep was commenting on the
fact that they are a very new company.  So maybe this is the "new"
jato or they are trying to get sold to someone bigger.

That sounds like what I'm looking for.  I work for a CLEC in the service
provider area and from various contacts I have I hear Jato is either going
out of business or is trying to get sold...
