[lug] NFS: mounting to solaris

Ok, this is a continuation of my question on how to backup to a sun tape
drive. (Thanks for the pointers for those who gave suggestions BTW.)

I've configured the /etc/vfstab file on the Unix box all right I think,
but when I try mountall I get this error message:

nfs mount: mount: /VENT: Device busy
WARNING: No network locking on vent:/: contact admin to install server
change

I'm not sure what "no network locking" means and how to fix it. I set up
the /etc/exports file, of course, but I'm stumped to what else i need to
do.

Any ideas? -Scott
