I just found putty, and I am extremely impressed with it. The terminal
emulation works very well with Linux (i.e. I can run Midnight Commander and
the keys work). The file size is trival 150K, easily fitting on an emergency
floppy. The SCP utility is very handy also.

My two cents worth: Mindterm ssh has been very solid for me
(though I've only used a few of its features) on both
Win2K and Linux. It's also GPL.
