[lug] Important backup lesson

Good advice.  I think that's what ruined my tape -- the backup kicked off
right before the restore.

I would add that any archive tape such as an end of month should be
write-protected immediately after removing the tape from the drive.  I
once had an automated backup start up just as I was going to restore
from an archive tape.  Can ruin your day.
