[lug] help recording voice mail

I have a bunch of voicemail messages from my kids that I would like to
transfer from my voicemail to a sound file on the computer (that I
would then transfer to CDROM).

Can anybody advise me on a straightforward way of doing this?
Preferably under linux, but I will consider windows apps also.
