well, I would be surprised, if UsWest would have this available or
in any way be able _and_ willing to support this ( for 0.0 $$'s ;-).

Plan is to use the existing static IP DSL and then "augment"
with a cheap dynamic IP DSL.

It looks to me that they seem to have the approach suitable to adapt to
network ports.
