if I recall, they're about 10 bucks for the 13W3M->DB15HDF, about 20 for
DB15HDM->13W3F. There are some shielding issues that are critical to a
usable picture with these at high resolutions, which jacks the price up
(we tried the cheapo ones, they sucked).
