[lug] Sendmail Woes

In my setup I've got a Name server, web server, and mailserver
I've added a mail user who's email domain is one of the sites hosted on the web server.
MX record for the NS points to mailserver.
Email comes in, goes to mailserver, then mailserver tries to relay it to web server. 
I've entered the user into the virtusertable...
I don't know why it's doing this.

Any help??

System: 
Mailserver - RH Linux 6.2, sendmail 8.9.3
Name server- RH Linux 6.1
