[lug] VisualBasic'ish program and Linux (yikes!)

I don't know about the python part (Glade is the only one I know of), but there
are several that use C++ and the QT toolkit. Kdevelop is on most new Linux
distros. QtEZ has been around for quite a while and has become rather huge and
feature rich. Also, the new GPL'd version of QT (2.2.1?) has a GUI ide called
"designer" that is at least pretty nice for designing "forms" to use the VB
term.
