I don't know for sure what will happen using the below URL. But the FTC
says it is for registering complaints about internet abuse and this Denial
Of Service (so that's what MS meant by DOS!) certainly qualifies. I've been
forwarding my spam to uce at ftc.gov and they say they've convicted several
hundred spammers thanks to the hundreds of people doing likewise. I've not
heard from a bunch of these spammers after some of it was forwarded and I
presume they're among those that have been nailed.
