[lug] html to rtf

Anyone know of an html to rtf command line tool?  I have a zillion html
files I need to convert for a book and I really don't relish the thought of
using Applix to do it.

Suggestions involving StarOffice are of no use either, since that package
refuses to run on my boxes.
