Because the Electoral College.  If we did not have that then we would be
having 51 of
these contests.  And we might have a president by early 2003.

It is call the rule of law.  

If you played 10 baseball games and got 10 runs in only one game, and your
opponent got one
run in each game who won more games?  Why doesn't any one have a problem with
this????
