Depending on your definition of "fine". It's fairly slow with 64MB,
between vmware sucking down around half of that, and Windows and Linux
having to swap, it's gonna suck. 128MB is good, 256MB seems to be
great.
I've heard good things about Win4Lin, but it sounds like VMWare is going
to be better for your needs.
