[lug] Update: LILO won't boot windows

I heard a rumor that WinLinux will "see" some winmodems.
WinLinux self-installs as a desktop icon in Windows.
I've downloaded it (free) just to check it out, so far I can't get DSL to
work, but it looks like it might detect modems.
