[lug] T1 Providers

I am using Rockynet.com. Their prices are really reasonable (for T1 that
is).

Their service is really superior.

On Monday, our circuit got cut (construction). They noticed the circuit was
down, had ICG and QWest get it fixed, and gave me status updates frequently.
At no point did I have to call them wondering what was going on. It was a
real switch from some other providers I have seen.

For those of you who have T1's....can you tell me who you use if you
like them. I am going to look into the cost of a fractional for my own
use or a full if I decide to use it for other purposes too.

At work we use RMII and Verio for T1's and T3's and I hate RMII. I'm
going to look at Verio but would like other options.
