[lug] DOS attack

Seems UUNet is getting hit hard this morning, affecting our Silver
Springs, MD campus in particular.  Actually, if any of you could provide
me with reachability info (ping/traceroute) for www.noaa.gov, that would
be great.  Reply off-list to my e-mail address.  Thanks.
