Neal,

I can appreciate your frustration.  I just rescued the cameramakers
mailing list from the clutches of the Topica listserver.  However, CC'ing
your nasty gram to the BLUG list isn't exactly appropriate either.  
Warning us about the company's service is one thing, including us in the
details of your personal discussion with the company is quite another
matter.
