It amazes me, that within what seems like seconds of asking this, I had
multiple answers. By the time my reply to the answers was posted, more
replies arrive to basically triple the answers. I plan to add this link
to my bookmarks, and thanks to all again for answering.

So here is a rhetorical question...how much would it cost me to get this
level of service from MS? And would the quality of answer be any better?
MS seems to be giving itself too much credit in their recent public
quotes.
