[lug] forwarding authoritative responses for classful reverse lookups

If I were to simply want to delegate the authoritative nameserver for a
/24 to a client of my company, correct me if i am wrong, but shouldnt i
just create a zone file on my local nameserver that is empty save for NS
records which point to the client's nameserver which will be where the
live zone files reside?
