[lug] Bootpc port 68

Anyone know of a reason why someone would be scanning my BOOTP client UDP
68?  I noticed a new entry added to my portcentry block list this
afternoon.  Seems this fellow has been trying several times on this one
port today.  This came just after I changed my settings to the anal mode
last night.  I hope I haven't fallen victim to some root-kit.
