Yes and no, but technically yes.

I got up at 4 am this morning with a brainstorm that proved fruitful.  I
have been able to ping around but not surf.  However, being able to ping is
good - I need to do some work on DNS, firewall and masquerading.

I get to do the work thing early today and it will be a long work day, so I
will drop a line later with the full scoop.
