[lug] OT: Zope MailHost problems

Hello, 

i just ran into a strange Zope problem:
I try to add a 'MailHost' to a folder
but get an error whenverver i fill
out the management form and click thwe
'add' button. The error message reads:

 
         Resource not found


This happens on both my development box
as well as on the real webserver (both
are Debian systems, the version of the
zope package is 2.2.4-3).
Any ideas what could cause the error
or a pointer to where i could find more
expicit error logging?
