Netscape, under preferences, Mail & Newsgroups, Mail Servers, has an
option to use SSL. My ISP doesn't support it, so I don't know if this is
for pop only, or imap, or both. It also calls it "for outgoing
messages", so I guess this means contents of incoming can be sniffed
(this would, however, still hide passwords).
